Non-ferrous Metals
We offer both traditional hand-poured metals from a gas fired furnace and vacuum castings from our electric induction furnace. Our lost wax process is well suited to detailed work in small to medium volumes, but we can still produce batch sizes in the hundreds per month.
Bronze
Bronze is perfect for detailed castings that will last for generations to come. Its malleable yet durable surface makes it ideally suited to sculpture and decorative pieces.
Brass
Harder than bronze and with its characteristic yellow colour, brass is a classic choice for hardware and lighting.
Silver
Casting solid silver is a rare art that takes a steady hand. We offer silver casting services and can arrange finishing and assay on your behalf.
Guidance
Both Bronze and Brass are suited to a very wide variety of end uses, not just sculpture and hardware. We figure out all the technical aspects for your project so that you can focus on what's important.
- Bronze and Brass are very similar in price so it's best to choose one that suits the end use or aesthetic.
- Provide as much detail as possible when requesting a quote.
- Bear in mind that cast metal will have irregularities that add to the character of each individual piece.
