Services
We can prototype parts from scratch or work from existing pieces. Our production can support orders in the hundreds per month and we can provide cast parts for further machining or process them ourselves for a range of finishes.
Small batch
Prototyping
With our CAD, 3D printing, and hand sculpting facilities we can produce and alter patterns for production.
We specialise in small to medium batches and our process has low initial tooling requirements, reducing the cost to go to market with your new products.
Non-Ferrous
Casting
With both an electric induction vacuum furnace and a traditonal gas furnace we can produce a wide range of parts for industry in bronze and brass.
Once we understand your project we adapt other parts of the process to best suit your needs, while solving technical issues on your behalf.
Batch Production
Finishing
Our vibration polishing machines are designed for batch finishing cast parts in both bronze and brass without affecting detail or critical dimensions.
This process highlights the qualities of the cast metal and is a cost effective way to finish large quantities of parts.
