Our patina department uses traditional hand techniques to apply a variety of colouring to our bronze and brass work. Whether it's traditional browns or complex multi-colour finishes we can work with you to realise your project.
Traditional Browns
The traditional brown and verdigris bronzes are time honoured finishes well suited to a variety of pieces.
Multi-Coloured
From life-like animals to pop-art colours, we use multilayered patina techniques to build up complex finishes.
Aging & Antiquing
Ideal for hardware and parts, we can batch process bronze and brass up to a polished level.
Guidance
To get the the most from our patina department we have a few recommendations.
- Provide as many clear references and photos as possible.
- Book a visit with us to check patinas for first editions.
- Provide physical colour references if available, such as paint charts.
